Eligibility & Registration
  • Only buying agents and sourcing professionals with active buyers engaged in the last one year will be considered.
  • To register as a Buyer's Representative, organizations or individuals must disclose buyer details and sourcing requirements, ensuring exhibitors meet real market demand.
Privileges for Buyer‑Linked Agents

Invited Buyers = Privileged Access

  • Buying agents who bring their overseas buyers will receive entry badges equal to the number of buyers invited.
  • These badges grant exclusive access to Buyers' Lounges, designed for premium networking and business discussions.
  • All such agencies will receive a Buyer's Connect Playbook on TREQ, enabling structured engagement with exhibitors and maximizing ROI for their buyers.
Limited Access for Agents Without Buyers
  • Buying agents attending without registered buyers will be issued separate entry badges, limited to two passes per organization.
  • Their entry will be charged at INR 1000 per registration.
Premium Event Access
  • Buying agents wishing to join Merchant's Golf Day or Guided Factory Tours may do so by bearing the associated costs. These are designed as privileged networking events to deepen buyer–supplier relationships.
