By accessing this website and participating in Global Trade India Expo 2026, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website or register for our events.
Registration for the event, whether as a buyer, exhibitor, or visitor, is subject to approval. The organizers reserve the right to reject any application at their discretion. All attendees must carry a valid confirmation badge to enter the venue.
Exhibitor fees are non-refundable once the booking is confirmed, except as expressly provided in the Exhibitor Contract. Visitor registration is non-transferable. In the unlikely event that the Expo is cancelled or rescheduled due to force majeure, the liability of the organizers is limited to the refund of fees paid, if any.
All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Global Trade India Expo or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.
All attendees are expected to behave in a professional manner. Harassment or offensive behavior towards staff, exhibitors, or other attendees will not be tolerated and may the result in immediate expulsion from the event without refund.
Global Trade India Expo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
